Maternity sessions are best captured between 28 and 35 weeks. We recommend booking your session at least 1 month in advance.

T E R M S

• Deposit. Please note I cannot book your photography session date until a deposit of minimum $150 is received. If Client decides to cancel session for any reason the deposit will not be refunded.

• Remaining balance. The remaining amount must be paid on the day of the session. The process of editing the images starts when the final payment received or/and after you select your images. It takes about 20-60 business days to process the images for regular photo sessions and 1-6 months for the weddings and large productions (8-10 hours of coverage).

• Rescheduling. In the event that the client needs to reschedule the session, he/she must do so at least 48 hours prior to start of session. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will cause client to forfeit original deposit.

• Consultation. If you booked a session with me, I offer on phone consultation regarding your photoshoot. All consultations must be scheduled and held on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 am - 5 pm.

• Editing Policy. Basic editing/natural look (Fly away, skin blemishes, light skin smoothing) is included in your price. However if you would like extra and advanced editing or change to the photos, it will cost $50 per photo.

• If you want magazine style editing it is add on (starting at $50 per photo for one person) - commercial photography only.

• Copyright. Under the Federal Copyright Act of 1976, photographs are protected by copyright from the moment of creation and can be used for personal, non-commercial purpose only.

• Commercial Photography usage license is required for all commercial and advertisement work. License fee applies.

• Usage of watermarked proofs, unedited images are prohibited.

• Digital Photo Delivery. I will deliver the files electronically and keep a digital copy of all your files for 6 months. Online gallery will expire in 30 days, so make sure you save the photos one your device. I recommend saving them on an external hard drive. Please note that none of our packages include prints, you will get your digital photos only which will be delivered electronically. .
